Getting fit by fifty
Pinterest has some great ideas on snacking and meal prep. I have been waiting to try this! Black beans, salsa, and avocado. Im not cutting up the avocado until snack time so it will be fresh.

I will be 50 years old in March of 2017. All of my life, my weight has gone up and down but never stayed consistent. I made a decision to be as close to my ideal weight as I can by my 50th birthday. After watching the consistent success of a good friend who was using the Advocare products, I took the plunge and did my first 24 day challenge. My results were amazing!!!! I lost a total of 20 lbs... and 7 inches! I always hear stories about how great people feel and how motivating it is to see the scale move down but for the 1st time, I was truly feeling it!!! I have continued to follow the menu and also supplement with the Spark and Meal Replacements. I will be doing another challenge next month and know that I will make my goal by my 50th birthday! Stay tuned.....
